Trufa is an Android application that protects a night window by blocking non-essential apps and displays an estimated disconnection time based on device signals.
2. Requirements and permissions
You need a compatible Android device and must grant Accessibility and Usage Access for the main features to operate. Notifications are optional.
You are responsible for keeping access to phone calls, alarms, emergency functions and any apps you consider essential. Do not use Trufa as the sole means of handling an emergency.
3. Permitted use
You may use Trufa for personal, lawful purposes. You may not exploit, resell, copy, decompile or interfere with the app except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Trufa Plus
Complete night protection is available for free. Trufa Plus adds depth, including more history, patterns and context.
Trufa Plus is offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play. The applicable price, taxes and availability are shown before confirmation. RevenueCat helps validate and restore the purchase using an anonymous identifier.
5. Payments, restoration and refunds
Google Play processes payment. You can restore a valid purchase from Trufa. Restoration may require a connection and the same Google Play account used for purchase.
Refund requests are handled under Google Play rules and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
6. What the result means
Trufa does not measure sleep, health or physiological activity. The displayed time is an estimate of when you stopped interacting with this device, based on available evidence.
A result may be insufficient when Android provides too little evidence. This is not a failure or a claim about your rest.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable blocking, but Android, manufacturers, permissions, battery optimisation, updates or device failures may affect operation.
We may fix, update or withdraw features for security, compatibility or compliance. Material changes will be communicated where required.
8. Intellectual property and liability
The app, brand, illustrations, design and content belong to the provider or licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Trufa is provided with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or incidents caused by Android, manufacturers, stores or third-party services. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
